One-on-One Meditation

Working with another practitioner can help you deepen your practice. One on One sessions are a great way to explore your practice, ask questions about your experience, or dive into topics or teachings.

Sessions are

  • An hour in length,
  • Tailored to the needs of each individual, and
  • Can be either phone or Zoom meetings.

Available times generally are:

  • Weekdays from 5pm to 8pm PST
  • Weekends PST
